Our refined FeSi 75 lumps are supplied as a precisely screened 50–100 mm grade, engineered to deliver consistent silicon content and strictly controlled impurity levels. We maintain aluminum content at <= 0.5%, alongside tight limits on sulfur and phosphorus-all to promote cleaner melting processes and reliable production outcomes.

Boasting uniform particle size and robust mechanical strength, this ferrosilicon grade feeds smoothly into furnaces and resists damage during loading and transit. This minimizes breakage and fine particle formation, a common pain point for many metallurgical operations.
