18-35mm Calcined Petroleum Coke

 

Calcined petroleum coke is produced by subjecting petroleum coke to a process of calcining at a temperature of 1300℃. The material possesses several advantageous properties, including a low ash content, a high carbon content, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, chemical stability, and good thermal stability. Its applications include the production of anodes for aluminium and graphite products, as well as its use as a carbonising agent in steelmaking furnaces and as a reducing agent in silicon carbide, industrial silicon, and yellow phosphorus electric furnaces.
